2022 Insurance Marketplace Special Enrollment

Great News!

There’s a new Special Enrollment Period (SEP) available to lower-income Oregonians allowing you to enroll in Marketplace coverage all year round. People who are eligible for this SEP can enroll in a health plan or switch health plans without needing to have a qualifying event.

Consumers who qualify for this SEP may also qualify for financial assistance to help pay for their premiums.

Oregonians who have an estimated annual household income at or below 150% Federal Poverty Level (FPL) and aren’t eligible for Medicaid or Oregon Health Plan will be eligible for this SEP. The annual household income at or below 150% Federal Poverty Level (FPL) varies by state and household size.

If you make below 150% of the Federal Poverty Line, which is $19,320 for a household of 1 and $39, 750 for a household of 4, you may qualify for this Special Enrollment Period (SEP).
