The Basics of Medicare Part B Coverage

Medicare Part B coverage is also called “medical insurance”. It is for healthcare expenses to cover supplies and services that are required medically to treat your health conditions. Also, Part B typically works in tandem with Part A coverage most often called “Original Medicare”. Whether or not you pay a premium for Part A, you will have to pay a premium for Part B. Furthermore, Medicare part B coverage is around $134/month. The premium can be higher, if your income is higher.
